No Flange for this toilet
We pulled this toilet and there was nothing to mount the toilet to. The toilet was just screwed to the wood floor. Due to moisture the screws loosened.
Transforming this toilet drain to how it should have been done. This is what it looked like before we got to work. There was nothing to mount the toilet to.
The wire if you will on the left is out of a 5 year old water heater. This house has soft water. Its time to change this one out! The one on the right is a new one.
This is the inside of of a pressure reducing valve just before the water meter. The shut off at the floor broke and is stuck on the inside. This caused some issues
